We’re pleased to showcase quality improvement initiatives completed within our hospital network. Each project was championed by someone passionate about quality improvement and supported by a dedicated team who helped implement and evaluate the initiative.
Individual projects are described through a poster or infographic, with related resources available for download just below. Anyone is welcome to adapt these materials for use at their hospital or clinic with the purpose of improving quality of care for patients.
